- I BELIEVE in one true God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, three distinct beings yet one in thought, intent, purpose and character. 1 John 5:7; John 1:1-3; Matt. 28:19; II Cor. 13:14.
- I BELIEVE that the Holy Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. It is the revelation of His will and purpose for mankind and the ultimate authority for all areas of our life. Matt. 24:35; II Tim. 3:16-17; Matt. 4:4; II Peter 1:19-21.
- I BELIEVE that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, buried and resurrected. He ascended into Heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is true God and true man. Matt. 1:23; I Cor. 15:3-4; Heb. 1:3; Acts 2:32-36.
- I BELIEVE that all are born sinners; the Holy Spirit convicts of sin; the Lord Jesus Christ paid the price for sin by shedding His precious blood on the cross as the atonement for sin; those who refuse to accept His sacrifice for their sins are eternally lost; those who repent of their sins, personally receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, receive forgiveness of sin and life everlasting. Rom. 3:10, 23; Rom. 5:8, 12; John 3:16.
- I BELIEVE that the Holy Spirit is at work in the church today giving the inward power of God to believers, helping them live a life of holiness, overcome sin and do the will of God, and that believers should seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit as well as their own prayer/praise language given by the Holy Spirit for personal edification. Gal. 5:16; Acts 2:39, I Cor. 14:2, 18; Acts 1:8; Jude 20; Acts 19:1-6.
- I BELIEVE that the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ provides healing for our spirit, soul and body. Is. 53:4-5; I Peter 2:24; Matt. 8:16-17.
- I BELIEVE gender is assigned by God at conception, is realized at birth, and is a critical aspect of God’s design for humanity, that we might bear His image and fulfill His purposes. Genesis 1:27-28, Galatians 3:28
- I BELIEVE Men and women are created equal in their personhood as image-bearers of God. Despite the differences between men and women, both are of equal value, of equal dignity, of equal honor, and of equal worth. God designed men and women to complement each other from a place of equality. Being secure in God’s value for us, male or female, inspires confidence to fulfill whatever ministry He has for every individual.
- I BELIEVE that women can demonstrate every spiritual gift found in Scripture and can hold every ministry leadership gift for the church, including teacher, pastor and elder. As demonstrated by women throughout the Old Testament and New Testament. Acts 2:17-18, Acts 21:9, Ephesians 4:7-8, 11-12, 1 Corinthians 12:4-7
- I BELIEVE The confusion of our culture requires to clearly state that men and women are different. I believe this reveals God’s original and complementary design. It is right for a woman to be a woman, and it is right for a man to be a man.
- I BELIEVE that marriage is the basic human relationship between a man and a woman only, and as such is intended to reflect the relationship between Jesus Christ the Bridegroom and His bride the church. Gen 2:18-25, Eph 5:25-32
- I BELIEVE that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; and that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of our fellowmen. Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10.
